I need to carefully read the General Rules and Conditions for participating in the REDLINE 2009 meeting.
After reading the General Rules and Conditions for participation, which I agree with, I fill in the online registration form and send it by electronic means to the organiser for confirmation.
If I am an entrepreneur, I can use the BONUS, which allows me to participate in the event without paying a fee by ordering the publication of an advertisement on the internet portal www.redline.sk under the set conditions.
I wait for a notification from the organiser to see whether he confirms my registration electronically by sending an email to the address mentioned in the online registration formula. If he confirms it, the registration confirmation will contain a bank account number where I can pay the fee, or I will receive an explanation of how to order the publication of an advertisement and thus take advantage of the bonus according to the commercial conditions, if I chose this option in the registration form. I will present a document on the payment of the fee or the order of the publication of an advertisement to confirm the payment, within seven days of the organiser’s request.
The organiser reserves the right not to accept an application (even a correctly filled in and sent application) without giving a reason. The REDLINE 2009 event is a meeting for interesting people and exceptional cars, which makes selection by the organisers inevitable.
After accepting the application, I can no longer change or modify in any way the vehicle mentioned in the application without the prior written agreement of the organiser. This is why in the application I only mention the vehicle with which I will actually be attending the event. In the event of a change of vehicle without the prior written agreement of the organiser, the organiser will not register me as a valid participant in the meeting on the day of the beginning of the meeting, and so I will not be able to participate in the REDLINE 2009 event, and the fee paid will not be refunded to me.
On the day of the beginning of the meeting, June 18th 2009, I will register properly in the organiser’s registration area by 2 pm at the latest, I will fill in the appropriate registration form and I will express with my signature my unconditional agreement with the general rules and conditions for participation in the REDLINE 2009 event, making me a valid participant in the meeting. The same applies to co-drivers.
I can participate in the REDLINE 2009 event as the driver of an exceptional vehicle which I own, or as a co-driver whom another owner of an exceptional vehicle mentions in their application as a co-driver. The maximum number of co-drivers per vehicle is three. The vehicle crew shares one hotel room unless otherwise agreed.
